Every exam venue, one clear screen.
A projector countdown that does the concession arithmetic for you, so invigilators watch the room and not the clock.
What it does
- Up to three papers side by side. Each has its own countdown, reading time and finish time.
- Extra time worked out for you. Tick +10, +15 or +20 minutes per hour and every concession group gets its own row and finish time.
- Three venue modes. Basic, Accommodation (extra time before, one shared end) and Matrics (one shared start, extra time after).
- Matric bathroom rule. Locked for the first hour and the last 30 minutes, available in between.
- Chimes and a five-minute warning. Every change is marked on screen and with a sound.
- Disruptions in one click. A fire drill or power dip? Add or remove five minutes and every finish time moves.
- Keeps counting offline. Open it once on each venue PC while online; after that it runs without the network.

Questions
Does it need the internet during an exam?
No. Each venue PC opens it once while online. After that it opens and counts down without a network, so a dropped connection never stops a paper.
What do we need to run it?
A PC with Chrome or Edge connected to the venue projector. Nothing is installed.
How do teachers get in?
Your school gives us the staff e-mail addresses that may use it. Those teachers sign in and go straight to the timer with your school's name already on it.
What happens at renewal?
The timer shows how many days are left on the setup screen, never on the projector. It keeps working for seven days after the paid period, and a paper that is already running is never stopped.
Does it store learner information?
No. It stores no learner names or marks. It only knows your school's name and the teachers who may sign in.
Is it an official department product?
No. It is a venue tool made by CAT Mastery and is not endorsed by any education department.
