TimeTable Pro builds your school's timetable and proves every rule is kept. Then, each morning, it fills every absent teacher's periods with free colleagues, fairly, and e-mails each one exactly what to take.
Every morning: cover in minutes
- Tick who is away. The program finds who is free and keeps the load fair across the term.
- See the whole morning. The notice shows exactly as staff will read it. Change anything with one click.
- One e-mail each. Every colleague gets only their own periods: grade, period, subject, who it is for and the work.
- It remembers. Tomorrow's list knows who carried cover today.
Once a year: next year's timetable
- Built and then checked separately. A check written apart from the builder holds the result to your school's rules, or names the clash.
- Heads of department fill in their own sheet. Only what they changed comes back in, shown in words first.
- Plan next year beside this year. This year keeps running untouched until the first school day.
- Print, PDF or e-mail any teacher, class or room, in Afrikaans or English.

The first month is R3,750: the timetable plus the first month of cover.
How it is delivered
- A Windows program for Windows 10 or 11. Your school signs up on the website, and the download opens once the school is switched on.
- Up to four office PCs share one school file kept in your Google Drive or OneDrive folder. When one saves, the others see it within seconds.
- Your data stays with your school. The timetable and cover records live in your school's own file, not on our server.
