Terms of use
Plain terms for schools that use CAT Mastery apps.
Subscriptions and payment
- Prices are on each app's page. We invoice your school and you pay by EFT before the period starts.
- Subscriptions run for the period on the invoice. Exam Timer keeps working for seven days after the paid period ends, so a late payment never stops an exam.
Use
- Your subscription is for your school only. Please do not share sign-ins or licence codes with other schools.
- Do not try to copy, change or get around the apps' licensing.
Our part
- We test every release and fix problems you report as quickly as we can.
- The apps help staff do their work. Responsibility for exams, timetables and marks stays with the school and its staff, who should check results as they normally would.
- Our apps are not official products of, or endorsed by, any education department.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what your school paid for that app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and tell paying schools by e-mail.
